Directions for returning goods to M. Braun Inertgas-Systeme
GmbH, Germany:

(see "Form Download" below). |

| 3. |
In due course, our personnel
will provide you with a return authorization number
and, in case of advanced exchange or repair, a quotation
for the service (in case of paid repair, this may
follow reception of the failed unit).
Failure to return goods, that require exchange or
repair, within 21 days would cause an invoice for
the full purchase price of the replacement product
to be sent. |

Pack goods appropriately (for
exchange please use packing material of replacement
unit), ensure shipment documentation and package
label clearly shows assigned return aauthorization
number. Further it is requested to attach the contamination
declaration in- and outside of the package.
MBRAUN cannot accept
any return without such reference. |
